• Purchases and Returns:
o Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in its original condition.
o Returns should be sent to the return address provided on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds for merchandise will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items may not be refunded.
